Power of Music and Dance

I believe music and dance has a unique role to play in the development of our personalities and lives. So music and dance are universal languages people can share experiences with that easily no matter background and belief. Listening to music, singing or playing whether individually and collectively are common activities for the majority of people. Music affects our personalities and lives in countless ways that is satisfied our every mood, moment and situation.

Music represent an enjoyable activity but that effect goes beyond simple amusement. People who play one or more musical instruments for at least 0.5 h per week had higher scores on verbal ability and intellectual ability. (Broh, 2002). Children can learn native language with listening and singing music. Also some people improve diction and accent in different language. Plato has believed that music is very strong role our lives especially at an early age. He said that "I would teach children music, physics, and philosophy, but most importantly music, for the patterns in music and all the arts are the keys to learning." he also said "Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything." (Anderson,1966)

Music and exercise combination boost brainpower that is better than doing exercise without music. Some dairy farmers have long observed that music impacts the mood, and in turn the milk production, of their herd. A few years ago, researchers found that many cows tend to produce more milk when certain types of music is played particularly classical music from the likes of Beethoven of Mozart. According to the findings, the music keeps the cows calm by drowning out background noise from the farm. (Undeniably Dairy, 2013)

There is also music that inspires us that is very important things because causes us to reach above           and beyond ourselves in the search for the sublime. For example personally I am inspired that songs          'It's my life- Bon Jovi' whenever I listened that music that reminds my achievement of my life. Also             when I got successful that in my job I listen that song 'Whatever it takes' from Imagine Dragons.

On the other hand dance increases their flexibility and range of motion as well as improves        their balance, coordination and muscle strength. Dancing gives students a chance to express themselves freely and creatively. Also many dancing needs partner or as a group to complete moves. In this way they communicate between us as verbally and non-verbally.

When you learning dancing that improves focusing and discipline to you. You can pay attention to activies, carry out tasks and resist impulses. Dancing promotes a general sense of well-being in students. As they master new skills, performing in front of others and receive positive reinforcement so their confidence reaches better than old.

Music and dancing are great way to have fun, burn energy and learn about movement. But it can also build key social-emotional skills.
